Preparing the city

Loading a little world of movement…

A city that moves with Relay.

Chains are districts. Relay app trips move house to house; reported integrators move between their buildings. One traveler is one request, and its ride is chosen by its USD value.

Ethereum is our first hand-designed neighborhood. Base is a small connecting district while we build the city one district at a time. Layout and building sizes are authored, not activity rankings.

This preview uses illustrative transactions. Connect a verified Relay feed to watch real activity.

Irregular borders separate chain districts. A neutral highway and its sidewalks connect their entrances without crossing other districts. Toll gates represent the handoff from origin to fill. Pending crosschain ground trips wait in an inspection bay while confirmed trips pass through; failed trips return. BLOCKED and BLOCKED_WALLET outcomes get a playful police escort. These are stage illustrations, not exact fund locations. Completed requests replay their journey.

Pedestrians use sidewalks. Same-chain trips run a local loop. Other walkers run when measured or estimated duration is 15 seconds or less. Animation speed is scaled for viewing, not a settlement timer.

Trains enter through the yard, stop at both chain stations, and return to the tunnel. Each direction carries one train; the rest queue.

Airplane destinations by compass bearing

Flights enter from varied directions, then turn toward the destination chain's compass bearing. These bearings are independent of the district positions.
